Requests for returns or exchanges must be made, and items must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items you wish to return or exchange must be in new condition, with tags still attached, free from odor, pet hair, being washed, or any other signs of use or damage.
Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including: accessories, non-clothing items, intimates, swimsuits, leggings, custom-personalized, made-to-order, Sale and clearance items.
Please do not return shoes in boxes with postage stickers and tape directly on the box. To ensure the item remains in a resalable condition, please ship shoes in an additional shipping box or poly mailer. Shoes must also be returned unworn, with tags still attached.
