                                              SHIPPING & HANDLING

 All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail mail with an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days in addition to production time.  (Please allow for delays during the holiday season)

Domestic Shipping - Shipping details will be emailed to you so that you can easily track the delivery progress.

We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays or extended transit times.

We cannot provide refunds on delayed packages.

International Shipping - International purchases may require additional customs (duty) fees and taxes.

These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for international shipping in addition to production time. Rarely international packages will be held up in customs, which will cause an extended ship time. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen international shipping delays. In these circumstances we recommend that the buyer reach out to their local post office for shipping updates.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We strive and excel at making sure our customers are happy, love their boutique items, and spread the love of our designs with others and if you are ever unhappy or dissatisfied with your order, we ask that you email us at westernedgeboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.

We will gladly accept returns or exchange products that are defective or incorrect within 7-10 business days of receipt with packing slip or order info included. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, tags still attached, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Store credit will be given on eligible returns within 3 business days of the delivery date. 

 

Clearance and sales items are all final sale items - no refunds, no exchange, or store credit. 

Custom, Personalized, On Sale or Made-To-Order items are not eligible to return. 

All sales are final!

 

Shipping charges on all returns are the customers responsibility. 

DO NOT ship back items before contacting us to initiate the return process. 

 

   DO NOT RETURN SHOES IN BOXES WITH POSTAGE STICKER AND TAPE ON BOX!  As this is not a re-sellable item, please ship in an additional shipping box or poly mailer. Shoes must also not be worn and returned with tags still attached.
